Dr. Jan Summers contributes over 30 years of experience in public schools, universities, health systems, government agencies, tribal organizations, and corporations as an Organizational Development and Human Resource consultant, trainer, author, motivational speaker, and facilitator.
Dr. Summers is Vice President and Director of Training and Development for Vision Us, Inc. She provides consultation, training, and facilitation in the areas of instructional design, human resource and team development, customer service, conflict mediation, management, supervisory, and leadership skills, interviewing and hiring, corrective and performance improvement interviewing, managing change, facilitation skills, quality management tools, employee profession systems, performance appraisals, and strategic planning.
Dr. Summers is co-author of The Challenge of Excellence: Learning the Ropes of Change and a Medical Terminology Guide. She was recognized as "Outstanding Faculty Member" in the Department of Leisure Sciences at Oklahoma State University and is listed in the "International Who's Who of Professionals". She is a teacher, facilitator, and coach par excellence.
